אמר רב אשי תא שמע נכסי לך ואחריך יירש פלוני ואחרי אחריך יירש פלוני מת ראשון קנה שני מת שני קנה שלישי ואם מת שני בחיי ראשון יחזרו נכסים ליורשי ראשון
